Terms of Service.
Last updated May 29, 2026 · Blue Maven Dynamics LLC (operating whatmodel)
These terms govern your use of whatmodel, a service operated by Blue Maven Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the service you agree to them. They are meant to be fair and readable; a formal legal review will refine the wording, but the substance below is what we hold ourselves to.
The service
whatmodel is a managed cost-and-performance service for teams building agents. It scans your AI usage, analyses where your spend goes, shows you a dashboard, and advises you on which models to switch and where regressions appear. The recommendations are advisory: we show you exactly what to change and why, and you decide what to act on. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
Free audit and subscription tiers
The audit is free. After that, whatmodel is a pure subscription: you pay one flat monthly fee for your tier, and the tier is set by the amount of AI spend you route through us over a trailing thirty days. As that managed spend grows, your tier may move up to the next flat fee. The fee is for access to the service — it is never a percentage of, or a share of, the savings you realise. Whatever the product helps you save is yours.
Fees are billed in advance for the period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before any change to pricing takes effect for you.
Acceptable use
Use whatmodel for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service; do not use it to violate the law or anyone's rights; do not resell or relabel it as your own; and do not connect credentials you are not authorised to use. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Your keys and credentials
The provider keys and credentials you connect remain yours. You grant us only the limited, read-only access needed to read your usage and operate the service, and you can revoke that access at any time from your own provider console. Your AI traffic stays on your own account, billed to your own card, under your own identity. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Recipe and intellectual property
whatmodel, including the software, the model index, and the methods behind our recommendations, is our intellectual property. The specific optimization recipe we compute for you — which models to switch to, what to cache, which prompt slices to compress — stays inside your workspace and is yours to act on. Your data is yours; you grant us only the limited rights described in the Privacy Policy needed to run the service. Any feedback you choose to send us, we may use without obligation.
No warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our recommendations are estimates based on the usage data and prices available at the time; we do not warrant any particular saving, uptime, or result. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using whatmodel and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if continuing to provide the service is not feasible. On termination, the data-deletion commitments in our Privacy Policy apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the product. Continuing to use whatmodel after a change means the updated terms apply.
